Lost In A Citrus Dream

That is where I have been, in case you have wondered.  Actually, I have been mostly trying to bravely face Lady Winter and rise up to meet a new/old challenge with my beloved Popolo. One of my more pleasurable survival strategies for this epic New England winter has been to fully embrace the insane gorgeousness of winter citrus - candied, sliced, peeled, cocktailed, muddled, zested, squeezed.  Let's just say that I have had my way with pomelos, bloods, meyers, cara caras...you get it.
